Finanční podpora na uhrazení publikačních nákladů v režimu Open Access a jazykových korektur/Financial support to cover publishing costs in the Open Access mode and language corrections

do vyčerpání finančních prostředků je možné požadovat náhradu nákladů spojených s publikacemi AIS Q1 Open-Access a jazykovými opravami. Aplikuje se přístup „kdo dřív přijde,ten dřív mele“. Podmínky, zda máte nárok na proplacení peněz, jsou uvedeny v přílohách. Dotazník vyplňuje vždy autor článku, který požaduje financování. Dotazník nemůže vyplnit nikdo jiný. Pokud zjistíte, že máte nárok, vyplňte jednoduchý dotazník, který je prolinkován z dokumentů.
Protože o tuto podporu je možné žádat zpětně od začátku roku 2020 a pokud splníte kritéria. Vyplňte prosím co nejdříve dotazník. Pracovníci projektu HR Award vás budou kontaktovat zpět a fakulta se ve spolupráci s vaší katedrou pokusí uhradit výdaje do roku 2020.

Dear academic staff,
until the funds are spent, it is possible to claim reimbursement of costs associated with Open-Access AIS Q1 publications and language corrections. The approach “first come, first served” is applied. The conditions of whether you are entitled to support or not are available in the annexes.
The questionnaire is always filled in by the author of the article who claims the funding. The questionnaire cannot be filled in by anyone else.
If you find that you are entitled, fill in a simple questionnaire, which is linked directly in the documents.
Because it is possible to apply for this support retroactively from the beginning of 2020 and if you fulfil the criteria, please fill in the questionnaire as soon as possible.
You will be contacted back by the staff of the HR Award project and the Faculty with cooperation with your department will try to reimburse expenses in the year 2020.
