Ensuring the conditions of study from 11th May 2020
Dear colleagues!
The situation regarding coronavirus is slowly getting back to normal and, following government regulations and the Rector’s Decision No. 12/2020, we are abolishing some of the measures against COVID 19 at the university. From next week, ie from 11 May 2020, the collective recommendation of the home office is repealed and we can all return to university. Please follow all regulations and restrictions that apply to all of us in the Czech Republic, especially concerning hygiene measures and measures and rules applicable to teaching at universities, more at https://www.vlada.cz/cz/epidemie-koronaviru/.
In the case of planned absence from the workplace, contact the head of the department or your manager.
The conditions of teaching are covered by Rector’s Decision No. 13/2020. In accordance, I still strongly recommend distance forms of teaching and examinations. Please note that according to paragraph 5 of Article 2 of this decision, the organizer (academic staff) of pedagogical activities is responsible for compliance with the given rules.
I am very glad that the situation has improved and that I will meet many of you in person soon.
