22.9.: Informace o zahájení nového akademického roku / Information about the start of the new academic year
Milé studentky a milí studenti,
obracíme se na vás s důležitými informacemi, které před zahájením nového akademického roku definují přesné podmínky výuky, ve stávající epidemiologické situaci.
Na základě nařízení Hygienické stanice hlavního města Prahy č. 12/2020 ze dne 18.9.2020 je od 21.9.2020 do 31.10.2020 zakázána osobní přítomnost studentů na výuce při studiu na vysoké škole. Z tohoto zákazu sice existují některé výjimky, týkají se však především individuálních aktivit nebo experimentálních, laboratorních a uměleckých prací, případě praxe a praktické výuky.
Z těchto důvodů bude výuka na ČZU v nové akademickém roce zahájena plně v režimu online, tedy bez osobní přítomnosti studentů na výuce. Během prvních dvou týdnů semestru dostanete od vyučujících informace o podmínkách a průběhu výuky jednotlivých studijních předmětů. Ke komunikaci budou využívány univerzitní e-maily, které byly všem studentům vytvořeny. Prosíme, aby i studenti tyto e-maily využívali při komunikaci s vyučujícími, aby se minimalizovalo riziko nedoručení zprávy.
K přenosu výuky online bude prioritně využívána platforma MS Teams. Návody k používání této platformy najdete ZDE. V případě potřeby je připraven Vám pomoci IT Helpdesk (mail: helpdesk@czu.cz).
Výuka bude probíhat podle rozvrhu, který byl vytvořen. Forma výuky se může v průběhu semestru změnit, o všech změnách však budete vždy včas informováni.
Zároveň Vás, milé studentky a milí studenti, touto cestou informujeme o vydání dotazníku, který byl vytvořen na základě rozhodnutí rektora z důvodu ochrany před zavlečením onemocnění COVID-19 způsobeného novým koronavirem SARS-CoV-2 a v souladu s obecně závaznými právními předpisy, zejména s mimořádnými a ochrannými opatřeními Ministerstva zdravotnictví.
Rádi bychom Vás tímto požádali o součinnost a vyplňování formuláře (viz přiložený odkaz: Dotazník COVID-19), kde se studenti i zaměstnanci ČZU registrují jednak po návratu ze zemí, které nejsou na seznamu zemí s nízkým rizikem výskytu onemocnění COVID-19, ale i v případech absolvování testu na přítomnost SARS-CoV-2. Informace nám pomohou lépe vyhodnocovat situaci a plánovat další případná opatření. Za tyto údaje Vám předem děkuji, vážím si Vašeho času, ochoty a pomoci.

Dear Students,
We turn to you with important information that, before the start of the new academic year, defines the exact conditions of teaching in the current epidemiological situation.
Based on the Decree of the Hygiene Station of the Capital City of Prague No. 12/2020 of 18th September 2020, the personal presence of students in classes during university studies is prohibited from 21st September 2020 to 31st October 2020. Although there are some exceptions to this prohibition, they mainly concern individual activities or experimental, laboratory and artistic works, or practice and practical training.
Therefore, teaching at CZU in the new academic year will begin fully in the online mode, i.e. without the personal presence of students in classes. During the first two weeks of the semester, you will receive information from teachers about the conditions and course of teaching individual study subjects. For communication, university e-mails created for all students will be used. We kindly ask you to use these emails when communicating with your teachers to minimize the risk of non-delivered messages.
MS Teams platform will be used as a priority for the transfer of online teaching. Instructions for using this platform can be found HERE. If necessary, the IT Helpdesk is ready to help you (mail: helpdesk@czu.cz).
Teaching will take place according to the schedule that has been created. The form of teaching may change during the course of the semester, but you will always be informed in time about all changes.
At the same time, we would like to inform you, dear students, about the issue of a questionnaire, created based on the Rector’s Decision as a protection against the introduction of COVID-19 caused by the new coronavirus SARS-CoV-2, and following generally binding legislation, especially with emergency and protective measures of the Ministry of Health.
We would like to ask you for your cooperation in filling in the form (see attached link: Questionnaire COVID-19), where students and CZU employees register both after returning from countries that are not on the list of countries with a low risk of COVID-19, but also in cases of undergoing the test for the presence of SARS-CoV-2. The information will help us evaluate the situation better and plan further possible measures. Thank you in advance for this information, I appreciate your time, willingness, and help.
Current information concerning teaching and ensuring the safe operation of the university can be found at the website “Aktuálně COVID-19“, including important contacts for the study administration offices of the faculties, international relations offices, contacts for important CZU central departments, and last but not least, you will find there important links to selected state administration bodies that will help you with an overview of current measures and the development of the epidemiological situation. For effective transmission and retrieval of information, we recommend searching for answers to your questions primarily at the “Actuálně COVID 19” website, and only if you do not find the answer to your question there, contact one of the departments of your faculty.
